This Information Notice has been prepared to explain how we process your personal data as the data controller within the scope of the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("Law" / "KVKK").

• Establishing and executing the contract and conducting project processes.

• Managing customer relations and post-sales support/maintenance services.

• Personalizing, improving the website, and enhancing the user experience.

• Fulfilling legal obligations and meeting the requests of official authorities.

You can stop receiving such messages at any time, free of charge, by using the opt-out link in the message or by applying to [email protected]. Your opt-out request will be processed as soon as possible, and your contact information will be removed from the message list.

Your personal data is retained for the period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed and for the legal retention periods stipulated in the relevant legislation. When the reasons requiring its processing cease to exist, your data is deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

Besh Bilişim is responsible for taking the necessary technical and administrative measures to protect the confidentiality and integrity of personal data and implements reasonable security measures in this regard. However, due to the nature of data transfer over the internet, complete security cannot be guaranteed. It is the user's responsibility to maintain the confidentiality of your account password.

Your data may be processed without seeking your explicit consent based on the legal reasons of being directly related to the establishment or performance of a contract (KVKK Art. 5/2-c), fulfillment of a legal obligation (Art. 5/2-ç), and the legitimate interest of the data controller (Art. 5/2-f), provided that it does not harm your fundamental rights and freedoms. In cases other than these, it is processed based on your explicit consent (Art. 5/1).

Pursuant to Article 11 of the Law, as a data subject whose personal data is processed, you may submit a request to Besh Bilişim regarding the following rights:

• To learn whether your personal data is being processed.

• To request information if it has been processed.

• To learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for its intended purpose.

• To know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad.

• To request correction if incomplete or incorrectly processed, and to request notification of this to third parties to whom it was transferred.

• To request deletion, destruction, or anonymization if the reasons requiring its processing have ceased, and to request notification of this to third parties.

• To object to a result arising against you due to analysis exclusively by automated systems.

• To demand compensation for damages if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.

You may submit your requests regarding the rights listed above, along with documents verifying your identity, via e-mail to [[email protected]] or in writing to the [physical address]. Your request will be concluded free of charge as soon as possible and within thirty days at the latest; however, if the transaction requires an additional cost, a fee may be charged according to the tariff determined by the Personal Data Protection Board.
